Five years from the date of purchase. We'll remind them twice before expiry. If the window becomes a problem — anything from a pandemic to a wedding postponed — email us. We extend.
Yes. The balance stays on the account; they can draw against it over multiple trips. No partial-use rules.
You can nominate one, but the card remains redeemable platform-wide. If they want to pick something else, we'd rather they travel than feel obliged.
Full refund within 14 days of purchase if unredeemed. After 14 days, non-refundable but transferable to another named recipient.
The one you choose when you buy it — pounds, euros, US or Singapore dollars. It's spent in the card's currency: at checkout the stay is priced in that currency so the balance applies in full.
Registries are arranged by our concierge, one couple at a time. When you start one, we explain how your guests contribute and how it is applied to the stay — before anyone pays anything.
